Narrow:
The breasts are flat, and the nipples point downward. The lower part of the breast are fuller than the topmost part. The breasts are longer than they are wide.
Asymmetrical :
The left and the right breast varies in size. One breast is noticeably bigger than the other.
Bell shape :
The breasts are large, full at the bottom, and slimmer at the top
