The terms and conditions outlined here are applicable to the use of our website and by using, browsing, registering or placing an order with us you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions. As much as possible, we will try to keep everything as transparent and easy to understand.
IM reserve the right to:
Modify or withdraw (either temporarily or permanently) the website with or without notice and we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or withdrawal of the website. Changes to the terms and conditions can be made at any time. Any changes will take effect from the date that is indicated at the top of this page, and it is your responsibility to ensure that you have read the most up to date version when using our website.
Intimately Mine is an online retailer, and operates a best practice pricing strategy that attempts to ensure the consistency of pricing between all its sales channels. The full price of the order, the VAT plus any additional delivery costs where applicable will be added.
Placing orders on the Intimately Mine website does not mean a contract exist between you and us. The order is only confirmed once we have notified you that the order has been invoiced and dispatched. All orders are carefully packed in our luxurious packaging before shipping to the customer.
THE ORDER PROCESS:
1. Customer adds preferred lingerie to the shopping cart.
2. After selection has been satisfactorily made, customer clicks on “the review order” button in order to view all the products that were added to the shopping cart.
3. Customer chooses preferred method of delivery. The customer will add the delivery address of their choice. (The Location will determine the cost for delivery, which will be added to the final cost). There are two delivery options a). Delivery to Customer’s home. b). Click and Collect, which will require the customer to pick up their order at Intimately Mine Collection Centre). (The Collection centre’s address will be provided in customer’s order notification).
4. Customer clicks on the “Ready to pay” button, then the delivery fare, and any discounts if applicable will be added, and total amount calculated.
5. An email notification is sent to the customer, acknowledging that payment for the order has been received and further information of their order and duration for the delivery.(Allow 3-7 working days for all deliveries within Lagos only. For out-of-Lagos orders, please allow 7 to 10 working days).
If for any reason, there is a problem in processing your order, we will notify you via email or telephone with the reason why your order could not be processed. It might be due to one of the following reasons:
- One of the products in the order is currently out of stock.
- We were unable to take full payment for your order.
- You did not fulfil your obligations as set out under these terms and conditions.
Orders are processed immediately after payment and ready for dispatch by our dedicated dispatch Team. Delivery days are from Monday through Saturday. You will receive a delivery confirmation email with details about your order. Delivery will usually take 3 to 5 working days for orders within Lagos, and 7 to 10 working days for orders outside Lagos.
The onus is on customers to make sure that the delivery address is correctly entered during the order process along with the correct contact telephone number, delivery address and email address. Intimately Mine will not accept responsibility for missing orders which was as a result of incorrectly entered information when placing the order.
Pay Online (Click & Collect)
Our Click & Collect service allows you to place your order online, and have your order delivered FREE to our collection centre, where you can collect it at your convenience within a specified period. Your order will be held at our collection centre for 14 days from the day the order was placed (A notification will be sent to you with details on when your order is ready for collection).
After which it will be returned to the stock depot and a refund will be given. Please allow 14 working days for your refund to be processed and credited back to your account. Our click and collect centre address will be provided in the email notification, if this option is selected.
While we try our best to provide exceptional services, we understand that mishaps happen occasionally. For questions and/or comments about deliveries, returns, and exchanges, please see our FAQ section.
Intimately Mine offers a FREE returns service provided that returned items are unwashed, unworn and are unaltered in any form. All returned items must be in its original packaging with its tags attached, otherwise it will not be accepted.
In the process of inspecting your ordered lingerie, you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of them, for this reason we kindly ask that you ensure that you do not cause any damage to the lingerie whilst you inspect them. When trying on the items, we kindly request you avoid make up, fragrance or lotions coming into contact with the items.
However, where you have failed to take realistic care of the lingerie, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or cover any loss.
• Complete the returns /exchange slip which was shipped with your order.
• Wrap up your unworn items in its original packaging with the tags secured and have it sent back to us with returns slip.
• Send the items back through our dispatch team (this will have been pre-arranged and a pick up date will be scheduled). This arrangement must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods for an exchanged product of your choice or refund.
• Once completed, a receipt will be issued to you as proof of return and the exchanged product can be collected at our collection centre ONLY (this will have been prearranged and collection date given to you). Our dispatch team will only pick up the item to be returned from you (Pick-up date will have been prearranged).
• For an item which needs to be exchanged as against requesting for a refund, the customer can collect it FREE of charge from our collection centre (Details of the collection centre will be provided in the notification sent to you).
Please note that for hygiene purposes, we are unable to accept/exchange the listed items below:
Any refunds due, will be processed and issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. IM has the right to deny refunds on faulty or damaged goods caused by the customer. Please allow 14 working days for processing refunds, and it will be paid via the original payment method used. Please note that the refund includes only the total amount of goods and not the delivery cost.
NOTE: Delivery costs for ALL returned goods ordered from outside Lagos will be paid for by the customer.

Paying for your order:
There are two ways by which you can pay for your order, it is either through bank transfer or Paystack. At checkout, you will have the payment options and select your preferred option. Note that Paystack debits your account immediately and confirms your order immediately.
Please ensure that you carefully check that your payment details are correct before making payment. Intimately Mine will not be liable for any mistakes made by the customer during the order process.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
All our products include 7.5% VAT which is paid to FIRS on a monthly basis. At checkout, you will clearly see the summation of the breakdown before the amount payable is displayed.
